There is a lot to know about MedFab Precision Solutions. MedFab is a contract manufacturer established to support the medical device, semiconductor, and other high-tech OEM industries with short- to extended-run, tight-tolerance machining requirements. Our core competency started in machining, and we have now brought many other capabilities to our clients.
We work closely with our customers’ engineering departments to optimize the manufacturability of parts with the goal of eliminating costs and improving lead times. Once production conditions are determined, we can work to establish requirements for JIT, KANBAN, or custom schedule releases.

Our robust QMS is ISO 13485-certified, and we’re experienced in Class 1, 2, and 3 medical devices. We produce an extraordinary array of products ranging from micromachined parts to large backboards, using standard and exotic metals and high-performance plastics. In our Swiss, lathe, and mill departments, dedicated engineering teams offer guidance and expertise at every stage.
